ONE DATE. A LITTLE PERSPECTIVE.
How many days between two dates?
Look back at a beginning, or ahead to something good. Your dates stay in this browser.
What does this number mean?
This tool compares calendar dates, not exact times. The same date is 0 days apart; adjacent dates are 1 day apart. For example, September 16 to September 17 is 1 day. If you call the start “day one,” you are using a different, inclusive counting convention.
It uses Gregorian calendar dates and accounts for leap years. A 23- or 25-hour daylight-saving day does not change the result. This is not a business-day, legal-deadline or exact-duration calculator.
Keep that date close
If the date is behind you, use Daystreak to count from that beginning. If it is ahead, use Countdown to keep the next moment in view.
