Set it up, step by step
- Create an event for the confirmed wedding date. If your ceremony and reception are on different days, decide which moment the main counter should celebrate.
- Use a personal title and a theme you both enjoy. Photo backgrounds are available with Premium, but a simple theme keeps the date just as visible.
- Add separate countdowns or reminders for preparation deadlines. Keep the full planning checklist in the tool you already use for it.
- When the day has arrived, create a Daystreak event from the wedding date to count your days of married life. The beginning stays the same as the number grows.
Make it work for your everyday
Keep vendor commitments and booking confirmations in your planning records. A countdown is a reminder, not a record of a contract or payment.
If the date changes, update the main event and recheck its reminders. Separate deadlines may also need to move.
Sharing a countdown card is optional. Check whether the event name or photo includes details you would prefer to keep private.
