Use the same Google or Apple account as in the app. Private records never need an account.

Community sharing isn’t available in your region. Your private records are unaffected. If you already have a community identity, you can still sign in to make items private, export or delete them.

Signing in uses Google or Apple through Google Firebase, which keeps a sign-in record such as your email. Our community server keeps only a coded ID for your account, this browser’s type and what you choose to share. Community privacy · Community terms

Shared records

A withdrawal is waiting for another account. Sign in with the account that owns that record to complete it.

Account

This browser remembers your sign-in until you sign out (up to 30 days without use). On a shared computer, sign out when you’re done. Withdrawal or deletion requests still waiting for the server are kept in this browser and retried. A removal is complete only after the server confirms it.

Private notes, memory stories and time capsules are never included. Stored on the Daystreak community server (Cloudflare, EU).

Keep the approved background photo

Otherwise the card is shared without a background photo; you can add one later in the app.

Rewards for this record, such as its custom background and Memoryline editing, can return once the card is approved again, and stop if it becomes private. Premium includes the same features. Your saved photos, Memorylines and purchases are not affected.

Publishing shares this card in both apps and on daystreak.net and keeps it updated from this record.

The parent record must be public and approved before a story can be shared. Reopening the parent does not automatically reopen stories.

Later edits to notes you’ve shared are sent for review automatically; new notes are never added without asking.

Your shares appear under a public profile — a random animal name and avatar unless you choose your own. Encouragement you send is public too. You can delete your community identity anytime in My sharing.
